Who We Are
We are an investment company backed by a team of commercial real estate professionals, focusing on stable assets and redeveloping properties in TX, TN, AL and GA. Together we have extensive experience in multi and single-family properties and as well as student housing facilities. Our portfolio consists of over sixteen million in assets in the Southeast and Southwest markets. The JorJew Group currently has a new multifamily development deal in Mesa, AZ.
What We Are Looking For
Looking for value assets that can be repositioned; preferably Class C and B with 50+ units. We target value-add multifamily assets in growth markets that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns. te have a differentiated approach to Multifamily /Investment Management which relies on the full integration and coordination of our investment team. Our goal is to satisfy our investors and keep a clean and safe environment for our tenants.
